Who I am

My name is Nicolas, and I’ve been in the rental business for almost 20 yars. I started to rent my own apartment to tourists in the summer in 2005 and then continued to invest. In 2010 I created the tourist rental company EnjoyNice.com and started to help other owners to advertise and manage their tourist bookings.

I also rent a few of my apartments to students, retired foreigners and young and less young professionals for a few months or a few years.

I am a fierce traveler as I haved lived in 6 different countries and travelled to 45+. I also hold an engineering degree from « Telecom Paris » and an Global MBA from EDHEC Business school.

I lived in Nice for over 20 years now and I love my adoptive region. I am most happy to share this local experience with travelers from all over the world, and my rental business expertise with prospective owners.
